This page explains what happens to the details you type into our booking form. It is written to meet our obligations under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Only what you give us on the booking form: your name, phone number, optionally your email address, your child's primary level, and which centre you prefer. We do not ask for your child's name, NRIC, or any other identifying detail at this stage.
Your details are stored in our customer records and emailed to our centre staff. For advertising measurement, your email address and phone number are converted into an irreversible cryptographic hash before they are sent to Meta and Google — they receive a scrambled value they can match against their own records, not your actual contact details. Your name, your child's level, and everything else you tell us stay with us.
We do not sell your personal data, and we never have.
If you enrol, your details become part of our normal customer records. If you don't, we keep the enquiry for up to 24 months in case you come back to us, then delete it.
The children pictured on this site are real Kids & Co students, photographed at our centres and used with their parents' permission. If your child appears in a photo here and you would like it removed, tell us and we will take it down — no explanation needed.
Under the PDPA you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll action it.
